To Google Diversity Commissar, Danielle Brown

Danielle –

You are number 64 in a multi-decade cattle call of PR shills who Google has trotted out to mouth platitudes to try to protect Larry Page’s and Eric Schmidt’s political take-over scheme.

You are either a tool who will resign in a few months with a golden parachute (like all of the others) or you are one of the psychotics who believe that any lie is worth the crime in order to push your U.S. Treasury and stock market crony scams forward.

If you are one of the “psychotics” then you may never realize that you are the same exact person as one of the Auschwitz prison guards who killed Jews in ovens simply because you thought you were on a “mission for the greater good”.

You, Danielle, may honestly believe that your Kool Aid tainted rationalizations of a trans-gender controlled America are really the right choice for the country. You may actually be incapable of seeing that “trans-genders” are simply mentally ill men that want to cut their penises off.

While Eric Schmidt’s and Larry Page’s homo-bromo-sexual indulgences may be your cup of tea, that is not the way most of the world feels.

Your executives and venture capitalists do rape interns, they do hire hookers, they do steal patents and start-ups, they do abuse most of their staff and they do cheat and lie on every financial activity they engage in. These are widely documented facts disclosed in numerous police reports.

Your epic horse-shit letter of lies is the most pandering thing the internet has ever seen, ie:

First, if you have not done so, read the brilliant (if not perfect English) piece produced by a junior software engineer in Mountain View California. Then listen to the incredible series of misrepresentations by the journalist, Kara Swisher, executive editor of Recode.

Then read the response from the Google Diversity Commissar, Danielle Brown below:

Googlers,

I’m Danielle, Google’s brand new VP of Diversity, Integrity & Governance. I started just a couple of weeks ago, and I had hoped to take another week or so to get the lay of the land before introducing myself to you all. But given the heated debate we’ve seen over the past few days, I feel compelled to say a few words.

Many of you have read an internal document shared by someone in our engineering organization, expressing views on the natural abilities and characteristics of different genders, as well as whether one can speak freely of these things at Google. And like many of you, I found that it advanced incorrect assumptions about gender. I’m not going to link to it here as it’s not a viewpoint that I or this company endorses, promotes or encourages. (novictim’s Editorial: Since when does being a hired SJW make you the arbiter for scientific knowledge?)

Diversity and inclusion are a fundamental part of our values and the culture we continue to cultivate. We are unequivocal in our belief that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success as a company, and we’ll continue to stand for that and be committed to it for the long haul. As Ari Balogh said in his internal G+ post, “Building an open, inclusive environment is core to who we are, and the right thing to do. ‘Nuff said. “

Google has taken a strong stand on this issue, by releasing its demographic data and creating a company wide OKR on diversity and inclusion. Strong stands elicit strong reactions. Changing a culture is hard, and it’s often uncomfortable. But I firmly believe Google is doing the right thing, and that’s why I took this job.

Part of building an open, inclusive environment means fostering a culture in which those with alternative views, including different political views, feel safe sharing their opinions. But that discourse needs to work alongside the principles of equal employment found in our Code of Conduct, policies, and anti-discrimination laws.

I’ve been in the industry for a long time, and I can tell you that I’ve never worked at a company that has so many platforms for employees to express themselves—TGIF, Memegen, internal G+, thousands of discussion groups. I know this conversation doesn’t end with my email today. I look forward to continuing to hear your thoughts as I settle in and meet with Googlers across the company.

Thanks,

Danielle

Notice that this Search Engine Company, extraordinaire, cares nothing for the notion of “Diversity of Opinion”. This is the tyranny that the Mountain View engineer was warning Google about!

If a democracy runs on information and knowledge, we must admit that our Democracy is resting in the hands of fanatical Left-wing ideologues who care nothing about anything other than their own feelings and biases. And you had better not disagree with them, or else! Is that “safe”? Hell no!”

Danielle: Google bribes politicians, engages in crimes and spies on the public. Your company is the most fucked up company in history and you have to be one of the most fucked up shills in history to act so blind to the evil that Google does.

I challenge you to participate in a live, globally televised hearing in front of the E.U. or the U.S. Congress with yourself and our staff speaking on camera. You won’t survive it without looking like the biggest fool on Earth.

But.. you don’t have the balls to do that!

Signed-

Eric
